Linley & Simpson Joins Forces With Morgans As Leeds ‘City Living’ Population Set To Soar Past 20,000

LINLEY & Simpson has joined forces with another well-known estate agent in Yorkshire, as the next stage in the housing-led regeneration of Leeds gathers pace.

We are pleased to announce that we have acquired the residential lettings and sales business of fellow independent agency Morgans, widely credited with pioneering city living in Leeds.

The deal adds more than 1,450 homes to the lettings portfolio of our agency – founded by Will Linley and Nick Simpson – which now stands at 8,000 properties across 16 branches in North and West Yorkshire

It also brings together the land and new homes specialisms of both agencies, as well as Morgans’ property consultancy services, to support the ever-growing pipeline of new-build across the city.
